NOTICE

Effective July 2005, the specialized computer assisted tax law instruction software developed
by TaxJEM, Inc., is available through the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction.
TaxJEM, Inc. no longer sells subscriptions to its tax law instruction software, and all previous
username and password combinations have expired.

TaxJEM, Inc. will continue to update its tax law instruction software available through the Center
for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction, and will also begin development of web-delivered income tax
modules that for computations not provided by existing tax preparation software or that would be useful
when a large tax preparation software program would be too unwieldy for the task. Modules in both the
Business Entities aand Personal Planning areas will be available, possibly on a "pay per use" basis,
an annual subscription basis, both, or through some other means. Please return for updates on this
newest TaxJEM, Inc. endeavor.
